All I can say is WOW. I was a little skeptical because I'm so use to Deep Conditioners being thicker in consistency and I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. This is a KEEPER for me. I henna'd my hair tonight as most people who henna know after rinsing Henna from your hair it can be very very dry. After my Henna treatment I deep conditioned with heat for 40 mins with the Luscious Locks and after rinsing my hair felt AMAZING just like BUTTER I love it

A true spa experience..... |

This conditioner is great. I used an organic shampoo, not Karen's, and my hair was clean but SO DRY. So I decided to use Karen's hair mask and WOW!! It made my hair extremely soft and curly. It did not detangle my hair as well as Karen's Deep Conditioner, but with the leave in, it worked wonders. I've used this hair mask twice so far. I'd recommend anyone who's thinking about purchasing to purchase it and see what it does for your hair. Because what won't work for some, might work for others. I remain a happy customer of Karen's and look forward to future purchases. Thanks Karen!

This product is great. It helps my hair survive despite my location. Also, I just want to thank you so much for such good service. I moved to China almost a year ago and when my year's supply of products began to run out. I tried looking around for local products to use on my hair but nothing worked for me. I called you out of desperation and you sent my products to China. I truly truly love you guys and recommend you to everyone. Please don't change too much as you grow. You guys are perfect now. My hair feels like silk when I use this. Just awesome. In fact, all KBB products are awesome. Perfect for my hair: detangled, moisturised and silky.

I have very picky 3b curls that are fine, dry, and porous, so it's hard to find something that my hair absolutely loves! But, this stuff here omg...my hair felt like BUTTAAA-literally!!! I applied it to my hair while wet and left it on covered with a plastic cap for 1 hour. When I rinsed I couldn't believe the amount of slip, and how my hair was sooo much easier to comb & PADDLE BRUSH without getting tangled! I love it...Karen please don't change anything in this products it's PERFECT!!!
